Who is hosting this program?
The Lupus Foundation of America, Inc. is hosting this national patient education program across 10 US cities.

What am I registering for?
This is a free educational program for individuals with lupus, their families, and friends. Experts in the field will discuss living and coping with lupus.

I see multiple cities, is the program the same for each one?
Yes, the patient education program is the same for each city. We are showcasing this program nationwide and to a city near you.

Is there a cost to attend?
No, there is no cost to attending the Lupus: Learning and Living Patient Education Program. This is a FREE program.

Can I bring a friend or family member?
Yes, you can bring a friend or family member. You will need to register each individual who is planning to attend the program.

What if I cannot attend after registering?
Due to the limited space at the venue we ask that you reply “unable to attend” to outreach@lupus.org if you are no longer able to come to the program. People on the wait list will then be able to have an opportunity to register. It is important to the Lupus Foundation of America to open this program up to as many participants as possible.

Will there be refreshments served?
There will be a short break during the program for light snacks and refreshments.

Will parking be provided?
Yes, parking for this program will be provided.

Why do I need to provide my email address?
In order to remind you about the program and communicate about further details such as parking we will need your email address.

What if I did not receive a confirmation email?
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder! Sometimes emails from Eventbrite get filtered. Be sure to allow them to come to your inbox in order to receive future email correspondences about the event.

Can I change my registration info at a later time?
Yes, you can log back on at any time prior to the program date to change your registration information. For example, if you need to indicate that you are bringing a guest by reserving another ticket or to cancel your registration all together.

Will I need to bring my ticket?
Yes, in order to make check-in quick and easy please print the ticket which is the PDF attachment found in your confirmation email. This ticket contains program and location information you will need handy for the day of the program and allows us to check you in seamlessly. As well, you can log back on to the event page at any time to access your ticket and print a copy.

What happens if I forget to bring my ticket?
If you forget your ticket you can pull up the confirmation email on your smart phone or just be sure to tell us your full name and email address you registered with and we can get you checked-in.

How early should I arrive?
Due to many registrants coming to this program, we suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes early for this event to ensure a good seat and a seamless check in.

Is all my personal information secure?
Yes, your information is used solely for this event. The Lupus Foundation of America will not keep your information unless you elect to receive more information from the National office or your local Chapter.

What if I have a question about the program?
